IIS cookie from the committees section of the site
The committees pages are those pages that start with the following address: https://meetings.gmpa.gov.uk. This part of our site is provided by a third party called modern.gov and uses ‘session’ cookies to make certain features work properly.
These pages generate an IIS session cookie that tracks when a user has logged onto a site, and exists even when you are not logged on. This is not the same as a persistent cookie, and is a time-limited, hashed, key string whose scope is limited to the modern.gov site. It holds no personal data.
Parts of website will not work without the IIS cookie - for example, where logged-on user context must be maintained.
Survey Monkey
The consultations we run are often put together using a service called Survey Monkey. You can read Survey Monkey's privacy policy and find out more about the cookies Survey Monkey uses.
We recommend that you allow the cookies we set by this website as they help us provide a better service and make our website easier to use.
If you do not want to receive cookies from this website, select cookie settings under the privacy settings in your browser options, then add our domain to the list of websites you do not want to accept cookies from.
